Summer QiGong with Maureen: Celebrating the Gifts of the Heart

Discover the ancient practice of reflexology and its benefits for relaxation and well-being.

Location: Birch Bay Activity Center, outdoors (weather permitting)

This class will invite us to celebrate the beautiful gifts of our Chakras through the use of various modalities:
The gentle movement of Qigong, the healing magic of acupressure and the vibrational gifts of sound healing that deepen the vibration of our practice.
We'll complete the session with a meditation focusing on new beginnings.
