Yoga for Youth: Animal Adventures

Join us for a fun and engaging yoga class, led by Instructor Mika Tamaki! In this special one-day pop-up, we'll explore animal-themed yoga poses—think dogs, cobras, frogs, and more—as we stretch, move, and play together. No experience needed—just a playful spirit and comfy clothes!
