Spring Camporee: Zombie Survival Training Camp

The risk of Zombies in camp is high!

When our troop arrives at camp, youth will be led from the vehicles to a Zombie Infection Screening area. The Youth will be trained on what to do if Zombies enter the camp, but there are a few basic rules. Follow all four rules to avoid zombie danger.

● Do not come in contact with a zombie. Even a touch from a zombie will require the scout to quarantine to check for infections.
● Zombies are attracted to noise. Do not make any noise when a zombie is present.
● Zombies are attracted to movement. Stay still when a zombie is present.
● Zombies are attracted to the facial structure of living humans. Covering your face with hands, clothing, or a mask will confuse the Zombie.

Events: Younger Scouts on the Trail to First Class will be given a “Zombie Passport” and will attend four training sessions in the morning dealing with Scout Skills needed to survive Zombies.

First class through Eagle rank scouts and adult leaders have options for training on Saturday.

In the afternoon, all scouts will be able to attend event stations including BB gun range, Fire Extinguishers, Flag Retirements
