"About Time" was recorded and mixed by Jon Smith and produced by Smith and Dave Kay. Featuring a contemporary amalgam of musical influences ranging from rock to folk, from Louisiana R&B and classic soul-the Mal Vivants' music might be best described as Americana made from a fresh recipe.
