Yoga in Mauerpark

Finally, there is some hope of nice weather. At least the weather forecast says so. Therefore after a long break we meet again for a relaxing yoga session. I am very much looking forward to seeing you!

An easy yoga flow suitable for all levels 🍀

We practice Stråla yoga, which reminds of vinyasa flow with a ninja movement philosophy behind it.

Bring your own mat or towel.

Important!! After many years of guiding sessions at Falkplatz with an event name "Yoga in Mauerpark" I will have to move the class to the actual Mauerpark 🙂 as Falkplatz seems to be undergoing a renovation.

The class takes place in the northern part of Mauerpark direction Gleimstraße with the meeting point next to the little veggie gardens (Mauergarten) and opposite the birch hammocking area (Birkenhein-spielplatz).
