Es ist wieder soweit – Yoga in unserem Skulpturengarten! 🧘‍♀️

Ab dem 31. Mai wird der Garten der Neuen Nationalgalerie einmal im Monat zum Ort für Bewegung und Ruhe. Und das Beste: Im Anschluss erhalten alle Teilnehmenden ermäßigten Eintritt ins Museum – ein idealer Ausklang für den Samstagvormittag.

Die Stunden sind für alle Levels geeignet und dynamisch. Geleitet werden sie von der zertifizierten Jivamukti-Lehrerin Tana-Maria, die ihr vielleicht noch vom letzten Jahr kennt. @tana.asana

🗓️ Die erste Session dauert 75 Minuten und findet am Samstag, den 31. Mai um 9.30 Uhr statt.

It’s that time again – yoga in our sculpture garden! 🧘‍♀️

Starting May 31, the garden of Neue Nationalgalerie becomes a space for movement and stillness once a month. As a bonus, participants enjoy reduced admission to the museum afterwards – the perfect way to round off your morning.

The classes are open to all levels and dynamic, taught by certified Jivamukti teacher Tana-Maria, who you might know from last year. @tana.asana
