PLEASE NOTE >> Adults of all ages & backgrounds are welcome (18+). Some prior experience of Contact Improvisation is necessary: as this is a Jam event & there are no specific classes or workshops about how to practice Contact Improvisation, some experience of the form is a requirement to join. If you are new to Contact Improvisation & wish to join, please take at least 2-3 workshops before attending this event. Otherwise the space could be potentially overwhelming or hazardous for you & others around you. If you have questions about your level of experience please do contact us & we can help you figure out if this event will be a good fit for you.
