Welcome to another journey of the ‘Living Tantra series’ (Landing page tbd). This journey focuses entirely on the heart.

The heart is the core of your being. It is through the heart that we connect with ourselves, each other and divinity. When our hearts are open, we invite in spirit, love and the experience of oneness. When it is closed, we experience disconnection and separation.

Heart opening isn't just an abstract concept - it is a felt experience for those that are attuned to it. Tantra teaches us to notice the subtle shifts between an open and a closed heart - inviting us to bring in presence, breath and compassion to the moments when we shut down, so we can gently open again.

Unlike popular belief - an open heart does not make you vulnerable. Rather - it is a super power. It holds the alchemy to transform suffering into love - our own, and that of those around us.

• Introduction to Tantra and the role of heart-opening in Tantra
• Warm up, get to know the group, practice setting boundaries
• Solo, partner and group practices and meditation - a curated journey designed to guide you deeper
• Explore and experience heart opening, use it to transform suffering and to tap into the universal heart
• Conscious non-sexual touch - if this is within your boundaries
• A cosy and comfortable studio
• A short break to have a meal or snack (bring yourself)

Please take note: This event takes place at a beautiful studio located on the 5th floor. There is no elevator so please only buy a ticket if you can use the stairs. You’ll find the studio in the second courtyard. Take the outdoor stairs to the front door of the building.

About the facilitatorHi! My name is Sophie. My passion for Tantra is rooted in a deep spiritual yearning and an inner knowing that Tantra is my path. My desire to teach Tantra has been sparked by having witnessed my own growth and healing as a result of these practices and it is inspired by a vision to create a more beautiful world.

I create a space that is loving and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that you feel save and supported. My workshops are gentle yet transformative, spiritual yet grounded and always heart-centered. I'm passionate about bridging the wisdom of ancient Tantra with modern-day practices.
