Two of the most forward-thinking and sonically punishing acts in the current US death metal scene are joining forces for a string of devastating live shows across Europe. The first batch of dates for the PYRRHON + REPLICANT tour has now been revealed, including appearances at top-tier festivals such as Brutal Assault and Frantic Fest.
PYRRHON: Hailing from New York City’s abyssal underbelly, they returns to European soil for the first time since their last appearance in the wake of Abscess Time. Now armed with 2024’s critically hailed “EXHAUST” (Willowtip Records), the band brings a renewed sense of urgency and controlled chaos to the stage – where dissonance, aggression and psychic collapse meet in a swirl of violent improvisation and technical mastery.

REPLICANT: Hailing from the New Jersey cesspool, back in Europe after their annihilating debut run in support of “Infinite Mortality” (Transcending Obscurity Records). The quartet’s contorted death metal grooves, warped harmonies and explosive rhythmic shifts promise to leave no stage intact. Their tour with Anachronism laid waste to expectations – now they return, sharper, heavier, unrelenting.

LARES: Berlin-based international quartet that has carved its own path through the dark, experimental fringes of heavy music for over a decade.
