A light breakfast and an open, honest conversation about what it really means to stay balanced while building something meaningful.

Working in a startup — especially in a new city — can feel overwhelming. Long hours, uncertainty, and the pressure to succeed often leave little space for wellbeing. This session is a chance to pause, connect, and explore together what resilience could look like in your daily life.

In this 45-minute breakfast format, psychologist and resilience coach Jörg Bergmann will offer a few powerful psychological frames to help navigate stress and isolation — not as a lecture, but as a spark for discussion. We'll share insights, questions, and maybe even a few quiet truths we usually keep to ourselves.
