Workshop leader: Julia
Julia takes you on a soulful journey through Fluentbody, exploring the language, wisdom and power of our bodies. Using a combination of varying creative movements, rhythms and breathing techniques, we open the doors to physical and emotional sensations. From there, we investigate how to allow ourselves to be truly authentic - to explore, be, breathe and connect without the constraints of right or wrong. 🧘♂️
