Looking for a space to clear your mind and get finally in contat with your body?Join our Yoga and Journaling Workshop, in this practice we combine conscious movement, breath and journaling to explore the connection between individual and collective healing.

Franziska (she/her) is a yoga teacher, social justice advocate and community weaver. Combining her experience with healing methods and social impact work, she aims to create safe(r) spaces that allow people to connect with themselves, each other and the wider world.
