A few gentle guidelines to support your experience:

☕ Coffee & Sugar:
Preferably avoid coffee and sugar before the session to support sensitivity and clarity.
However, if skipping coffee brings discomfort, a small cup is okay—listen to your body.

🍽️ Eating:
Ideally, don’t eat for at least 3 hours beforehand.
4–6 hours or a gentle fast can deepen your experience.
If needed, have something light—your comfort matters most.

👕 Clothing:
Wear loose, light-colored clothing. Avoid black and tight items—especially around the chest, neck, or waist.
Choose what feels soft, spacious, and free.
