New York based trumpeter Kenny Warren pays a visit to Berlin to play with his friends, Michaël Attias and the Pichler brothers. Michaël and Kenny have collaborated many times over many years in NYC, most recently with The Angelica Sanchez Nonet. Matthias and Kenny recorded an album of Kenny's compositions for Whirlwind Recordings in 2020 called In The Heat. Andreas and Kenny met in Brooklyn in 2006, the year they both moved to the city, and spent many many hours practicing, seeing shows and playing together in that formative year. Together they will embark on an evening of deep listening and spirited improvisation.
