For the last 20 years Jure Pukl has been on the forefront of modern jazz in New York, and his 8 albums as a leader has been critically acclaimed by Downbeat, New York times, Jazzwise and more.

Jure teams up with Danish bassplayer Kenneth Dahl Knudsen, of whom UKVIBE wrote : “Knudsen is one of the most important artists working in europe right now.”

The 2 musicians have earlier collaborated in trio, and Pukl has also joined Knudsen’s tours in Germany. The quartet is completed by Italian pianist Davide Incorvaia and Belgian drummer Yannick Ballmann. Both musicians hail from the thriving jazzscenes of Boston and Berlin, now involved in various projects all over europe.
All over europe is more relevant than ever and in a time when borders and divisions dominate the global conversation, Knudsen sees this project as a testament to the unifying power of music. Jazz has always been about connection, and through their performances, these artists create a space where cultures, identities, and stories blend seamlessly. Their music reflects a shared upbringing steeped in rock influences, merged with years of immersion in modern jazz scenes from New York to Berlin.
Both Pukl and Knudsen writes music that is rooted in upbringings with rock music, but also decade-spanning careers on modern jazz scenes in New York, Berlin and more.
