Sybille, creator of Embodied Freedom, is currently on tour in Europe and offers this empowering weekend workshop together with the local team Jeanine and Amy.
She invites women to remember what it means to be fully alive in a woman’s body. Through carefully crafted soundscapes, embodied exploration, and emotional presence, she creates a empowering container where women are encouraged to want, to choose, and to practise evolutionary tools that allows them to stepp out of limitation and into creation.
