Wenn Monster mit toten Hühnern Kuchen essen ... das klingt erst mal absurd. Aber „wenn eine Idee am Anfang nicht absurd klingt, dann gibt es keine Hoffnung für sie“, so Einstein. Wir feiern 30 Jahre Haus Schwarzenberg! Das natürlich auch beim Hoffest 2025, denn drei Jahrzehnte unabhängige Kunst und Kultur im Haus Schwarzenberg stehen für verwirklichte Ideen – und geben Hoffnung!
Das Hoffest-Programm spiegelt eine bewegte Hausgeschichte explosiver Kreativität wider: mit Koryphäen der Straßen- und Performancekunst wie Roc RocIt, Live Drawing Performances, DIY-Print-Workshop, dem legendären Event Tattoo Berlin mit diesjährigem Spezial-Programm und unserer zweiten Jubiläumsausstellung im Neurotitan, das zu einer Oase der Gestaltung wird: Hier können auch die jüngsten Kunstbegeisterten ihre schöpferischen Kräfte austoben, während die Ausstellungsräume mit Bar und DJ-Set zugleich zur Chill-Out-Area werden. Das Kino Central lädt die jüngsten Besucher*innen zur Trickfilmwerksatt ein und das Monsterkabinett wartet mit bizarr-charmanten Shows auf. Auf der Bühne im Eschschloraque werden für das Jubiläum entworfene Tattoos gestochen und fesselnde Soundscapes erstrecken sich über das gesamte Haus:
Von Experimental Acoustic-Electronics im Many Tentacles über ausgesuchte Sets im Eschschloraque bis hin zu den Mainacts live im 3. Hof mit VORISCHT KINDER und CHRIS IMLER!
Ein Hoffest über Lust, Rausch, liebenswerte Freaks, Dead Chickens und eine Avantgarde-Art-Explosion – gut, wenn das absurd klingt. Oder mit Vorsicht Kinder gesprochen: „Fuck the Banana!“

When monsters eat cake with dead chickens ... that sounds absurd at first. But “if an idea does not sound absurd at first, then there is no hope for it”, according to Einstein. We are celebrating 30 years of Haus Schwarzenberg! This will of course also be the case at the backyard festival 2025, because three decades of independent art and culture at Haus Schwarzenberg stand for realized ideas - and give hope!
The program reflects an eventful house history of explosive creativity: with luminaries of street and performance art such as Roc RocIt, live drawing performances, DIY print workshop, the legendary Tattoo Berlin event with this year's special program and our second anniversary exhibition in the Neurotitan, which will become an oasis of design: Here, even the youngest art enthusiasts can let off steam with their creative powers, while the exhibition rooms with bar and DJ set also become a chill-out area. Kino Central invites the youngest visitors to the animation workshop and the Monsterkabinett offers bizarrely charming shows. Tattoos designed for the anniversary will be engraved on the stage in the Eschschloraque and captivating soundscapes will stretch across the entire building:
