🌋 My voice is lava " Sing like you meant it " is a group singing class that goes far beyond scales and technique. It’s a weekly experience designed to awaken your full vocal power, physically, emotionally, creatively and a space to connect with other human beings.

Through a unique blend of vocal technique, breathwork, bodywork, authentic expression, theater-inspired exercises, mindfulness and psychology of the voice, you’ll uncover the most authentic and magnetic singer within you.

★ Vocal technique to develop range, precision, resonance, and real control over your voice

★ Posture & body alignment for a freer, more grounded voice

★ Breathwork to master your vocal flow and never get out of breath

★ Mindfulness & embodiment tools to calm your mind and release blocks

★ Theater-inspired exercises, movement & emotional expression to sing with your whole being

★ Presence & Body language tools to own your space

★ Reflection & mindset work to transform your relationship with your voice

★ The psychology of voice: what your voice says about you and what you can say through it

★ Choir time ! Every session will include a time to prepare a group song with layers of harmonies
