This workshop opens a doorway into how to create the dances you long for — with yourself and with others.
Whether you're at a festival, a dance night, or a workshop, there’s often a silent question:
How can I initiat a dance?
How can I connect more deeply with myself? Feel the music more fully?
How can we meet without crossing boundaries?
What brings aliveness between us — beyond performance or withdrawal?
If you want to create connection on the dance floor, it starts with you.
With your own availability — to yourself, to presence, and to a willingness to feel what’s truly alive in you.
From there, your five bodies — physical, emotional, energetic, intellectual, and archetypal — begin to speak.
You become tangible. Alive. Ready to co-create.
You can invite. You can create a moment of real contact.
This is how we weave community — by becoming available to ourselves and each other, with clarity, courage, and play.
In this workshop, we’ll explore just that:
– What does it mean to become available for creating a dance together — without losing myself?
- How do I connect deeply with myself first?
– How can I use embodiment tools to move from isolation into shared presence?
– What are practical ways to offer, receive, or decline connection — through movement alone?
– How do we recognize and use the intelligence of our feelings (anger, sadness, fear, joy) to build trust and depth?
We listen.
We build community.
We get curious about what’s alive, what’s possible.
We move from our center.
This taster session is for anyone who wants to have fun, feel, and build community through movement.
It’s honest and bold. You don’t need a partner — just a willingness to meet yourself and others in real time.
