Join us for a deeply nourishing Candlelight Soundbath to honor The Mother Within — the sacred source of intuition, nurturing, and creation that lives in all of us. Whether you are a mother, have a mother, or simply seek to reconnect with your inner feminine (and yes also men are welcome) this session invites you to come home to yourself.

Through sound, stillness, and soft presence, we’ll explore the question:

How can I truly take care of myself?

This is a gentle reminder that self-care is not a luxury, but an act of devotion — to your body, your spirit, and your inner world.

Description:
A Candlelight Sound Bath creates a cozy atmosphere, allowing you to fully relax and be present in the moment.
With the magic of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, I invite you to let go and experience deep relaxation for your body, mind, and soul. I will also play on the body, so you can feel the vibration (only if you are open to receive it).

What to Expect:

• A guided meditation to help you connect to yourself.
• A soothing Sound Bath in the gentle glow of candlelight (MAIN PART).

New to Sound Baths?
No worries! A Sound Bath feels like being bathed in sound – it helps you find deep rest and can support you in improving your sleep, creativity, and self-healing capabilities.
I invite you to wear comfortable and warm clothing, lie down, and simply let go.
No prior experience is needed.

Important Notes:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start to settle in.
• Doors will close promptly at the beginning of the session.
