This workshop is inspired by our exhibition on the work of Šejla Kamerić, whose art— shaped by her experiences of war and structural violence—makes visible the often-unseen impact of patriarchal systems. Patriarchy continues to shape not just institutions, but our everyday thinking, reactions, behaviors, and relationships.
In this open workshop, Lina Marie Gralka (couples coach, brand strategist, systemic coach) and Marleen Theissen (couples therapist, systemic coach, facilitator) invite individuals of all backgrounds and genders to reflect on and begin unlearning these internalized patterns. Drawing from their experience, they offer guided exercises and practical tools to help uncover how these dynamics show up in all types of relationships—not just romantic ones—and how we can start creating more conscious and equitable ways of relating.

Marleen Theissen
Marleen is a couples therapist and systemic coach based in Berlin. With several years of professional experience as a consultant and project manager, she brings a structured yet empathetic approach to her work. Her deep interest in attachment psychology and relationship dynamics grew from personal insights into how much our well-being depends on the quality of our connections. Today, she is dedicated to supporting individuals and couples in creating fulfilling and resilient relationships.
Lina Marie Gralka
Lina Marie is a brand strategist and couples coach based in Berlin. With a background as a long-time consultant for various companies, she brings clarity, structure, and emotional depth to her work. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and systemic coaching, she sees relationships as dynamic systems: complex, evolving, and worth intentional care. Lina Marie supports couples strengthen their connection by identifying emotional patterns early, fostering open communication, and creating a shared vision for the future. Her approach is preventative and personal: it’s about creating the relationship that truly fits you.
