Trasformare il dolore in comicità ed esporlo a un pubblico ancora non pronto culturalmente a recepire un certo tipo di umorismo sono i principali conflitti che si frappongono nel suo percorso personale e professionale. From the troubled Roman neighborhood of Magliana in the 1970s to the Brancaccio Theater Filippo Giardina carves his path while facing his worst enemy: his past. Transforming pain into comedy and presenting it to an audience that is still not culturally ready to receive such humor are the main conflicts that stand in the way of his personal and professional journey. Through the testimonies of comedians and friends such as Fabian Grutt Mauro Fratini Pietro Sparacino Saverio Raimondo and Velia Lalli we also experience one of the most crucial phases in the history of Italian stand-up comedy: Satiriasi.
