Sound Bath at Adams Falls

Amy Houseknecht (Space4me2b) is offering a sound bath at Adams Fall. Join us to explore how sound energy waves and a waterfall, with an abundance of moss and fern, positively affect the mind and body on a cellular level.

A sound bath near a waterfall offers numerous benefits, including stress reduction, mental clarity, and relaxation;promoting a calming effect on the nervous system. Additionally, the water's presence may contribute to a sense of grounding and centering, further enhancing the meditative experience.

The vibrational frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, and gong uniquely penetrate our energetic field helping to reestablish balance and harmony at a vibrational and energetic level.

Participants will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Please bring any comfort items such as yoga mat/blankets/chairs.

There is a short hike on a moderate trail to reach the destination.

Park and meet at the Evergreen Parking Lot along Rt. 118.
