This February, we will meet every Sunday morning and learn to turn inward with kindness.
Ahimsa, the yogic principle of non-harming, invites us to meet ourselves and others with compassion, not just in thought, but in how we move, breathe, speak, and live.
In this soft and heart-centred workshop, weβll explore how loving presence begins with the way we treat our own bodies, minds, and hearts. Through gentle flows, mindful breathwork, and deep rest, weβll create space to soften, to feel, and to tend to ourselves with care.

Embodying compassion through mindful movement
Tuning into inner dialogue and self-talk
Releasing judgement and tension
Cultivating softness without losing strength
