As the season begins to draw in, November invites us inward, into the quiet, the subtle, and the still.
This month, we will meet on the first 4 Sundays and explore Dhyana, the yogic practice of meditation, not as something we must βachieve,β but as something we can gently fall into, one breath at a time.
Through a mindful blend of movement, breathwork, and extended meditation, weβll learn how to listen more deeply, move more intentionally, and begin to rest in the quiet space beneath the noise.
