SUMMER SCHOOL for ART

Some teens go to summer school for math or literacy to get ahead—this is the same idea, but for art! If your teen loves to draw or is thinking about a future in the arts, this 8-week summer program is the perfect way to strengthen their skills, stay creatively active, and make real progress before the fall.

Each week, students will take on fun and focused drawing and painting challenges designed to stretch their abilities and keep their creative muscles strong. It’s part bootcamp, part creative jam session—led by experienced artist and instructor Neil Smith, in a supportive studio environment.

Whether your teen wants to stay in practice, improve their technique, or prepare for a post-secondary art program, this course will help them build confidence and surprise everyone in September with how far they’ve come.
