*Ancient Food Preservation: Preserve the bounty of the season using time-honoured techniques like fermenting and pickling.

*Ayurvedic Nutrition and Cooking: Delve into the nourishing principles of Ayurveda, focusing on daily practices to improve digestion and overall well-being. Apply these principles by learning how to combine herbs and spices to craft meals that heal.

Beyond the kitchen, we’ll greet each morning with beginner friendly Ashtanga Yoga to stretch and awaken our bodies. We will also be embracing the tranquility of the beautiful North Devon surroundings with guided nature walks and then unwind with a serene cacao ceremony and a restorative evening in the sauna session, all designed to reset our nervous systems and bring us back to ourselves.

This year, we're gathering in a truly magical setting — a secluded orchard nestled in the heart of North Devon’s countryside. Picture yourself waking up in a luxurious bell tent, surrounded by ancient apple trees, wildflowers swaying in the breeze, and panoramic views stretching all the way to the sea. The golden morning light filtering through the canvas, the scent of the earth and blossoms in the air — this is glamping at its most peaceful and picturesque.

Each tent is thoughtfully furnished to create a cozy, restful sanctuary in nature. From soft bedding and rugs underfoot to warm lighting and rustic touches, you'll feel held and nurtured by both your surroundings and the experience itself. This is a chance to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and fully immerse yourself in the rhythms of land, food, and heart-centered community.
