Summer Solstice Zen Evening

Come and join me for a serene event this longest evening of the year to celebrate the start of summer with meditation, yoga, sound healing and a twilight picnic by the fire pit. A truly Zen evening.

The Solstice signifies the time when the Earth is at the fullness of her strength, fertility, and abundance, so we too can celebrate our strength by joining celebration.

We will start in a circle to ground and connect
A gentle all levels yoga flow comes next
You will then relax and immerse in a Sound Bath to find stillness and healing through all the instruments.

We will then start our fire ceremony pit, and a twilight picnic while we honour the sun coming down gradually over Batten Bay.

This is a free/donation event.
Please bring your mat, snacks, drink (no alcohol please) and layers, ie. Layers and blankets.

The precise location is the batten benches field. Once you park, proceed to go around the coffee shop, turn right after you pass the coffee shop and carry on walking straight down, through the little bushes to reach the field overlooking the mount batten.
