Grilled Dinner: A Casual Affair with Culinary Flair

We’re continuing our newest Dinner Series and you’re gonna want to be here! Think three delicious courses, fun and fancy cocktails, and a menu that lets Amelia really show off what she can do. It’s a step up from our usual dinners, with creative dishes you won’t find any other night. Come hungry, bring your friends, and let’s make it a night to remember.

The weather is heating up and we can’t wait to cook outside so this month we’re celebrating the magic of grilled foods. Grilled PINEAPPLE is such a favorite of ours that we’re featuring it in both the appetizer course AND dessert. For the main course, we’re going full out with Jerk Chicken and Jerk Tofu and of course Amelia’s jerk marinade has more ingredients and spices than we could possibly list here. It’s being served with her Mojo Sauce (roasted plantains, garlic, parsley, white vinegar, and lots of love)
