About the event

Antigravity Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath with Naadiya Hutchinson

In this 2 hour session, you will be supported by the aerial hammock to allow for full-body relaxation. This is the more therapeutic practice of Antigravity yoga, where low hammocks allow us to hold poses to restore and repair systems of the body to release fascia and stuck scar tissue and allow for beautiful spinal traction. After connection with body and mind, we traverse into a deeper sense of relaxation with a guided meditation that accompanies a sound symphony of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, and more.
