TRAIN RESERVATIONS:
November 13, 2025 (Thursday) : AC Chair Car reservations in Train no 12821 - DHAULI EXPRESS. ETD Howrah 9:20 am (PLEASE RECHECK TRAIN TIMINGS BEFORE DEPARTURE). ETA Balasore 12:41pm.
November 16, 2025 (Sunday) : AC Chair Car reservations in Train no 12822 - DHAULI EXPRESS. ETD Balasore 3pm (PLEASE RECHECK TRAIN TIMINGS BEFORE DEPARTURE). ETA Howrah (via Santragachi) 7:15 pm
ACCOMMODATION:
* AC Double bed rooms with attached bath (WC). Running water 24 hours.
* Accommodation in Khairi Resort, Bangriposi for 1 night
* Accommodation in River side Cottages (Double bed rooms) in Lulung Aranya Nivas, Simlipal for 2 nights
TRANSPORT :
For pick up/drop station, sight seeing one AC 7 seater will be at your service. 6 persons to sit per car.
FOOD PLAN:
* Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Evening tea and snacks not included)
PACKAGE INCLUDES LUNCH FROM NOV 13 TO LUNCH ON NOV 16 (EXCLUDING EVENING TEA AND SNACKS).
TOUR ITENARY:
Nov 13 : Check in at Hotel at Bangriposi. After lunch local sight seeing
Nov 14 : Check out of Bangriposi. Proceed to Lulung Aranya Nivas.
On the way to Lulung visit Sankarmara Dam and Baldiha Dam. Check in at Lulung. You are free the whole day here. Overnight stay at Lulung. Enjoy the beauty around in the fading glory of full moon.
Nov 15 : Whole day Safari in Simlipal forest by our own Car. Lunch inside forest (basic eatery). Return by evening. Overnight stay at Lulung. Enjoy the stillness of the forest around.
Nov 16 : Check out of Lulung for drop at Balasore station. Lunch at roadside Dhaba on the way.

* Tips of any nature
* Any additional usage of vehicle beyond the stipulated time of our tour or any other mode of transport other than what is included in package.

DISCLAIMER:
1. Rooms in Khairi Resort are all not same although the charges are same. So guests are requested to accept whatever room is being allotted
2. If there is heavy rain, Safari inside Simlipal forest may be restricted. In such eventuality no discounts or refunds will be given/made
3. We do not have any control over the quality of rooms and food served in various places although we will try our best. We encourage our guests to taste the food cooked by local people which aids in their earnings.
CHARGES:
All inclusive @ Rs 24,250/- per head on double room sharing, Howrah to Howrah.
PAYMENT TERMS :
1) 30% on booking
2) Another 30% before 150 days of the day of journey from Howrah
3) Balance 40% before 120 days of the day of journey from Howrah

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1) 20% of the package money will be deducted for any cancellation made at any time before 180 days of the day of journey from Howrah
2) 50% of the package money will be deducted for any cancellation made at any time between 120 days to 179 days of the day of journey from Howrah
3) 100% of the package money will be deducted for any cancellation made at any time between 0 to 119 days of the day of journey from Howrah
