The ancient route to Tibet. The road for traders from India and China to come together to barter. If you love the mountains, look no further. This is your dream place this autumn! For visit to Silk Route ACCLIMATIZATION is a must. Therefore we have kept a day for you to acclimatize at lower altitudes before the final ascent.
TOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1 : ETA NJP 8am. Transfer to Home stay at Pedong, Milan Top for 180 degree view of the range. Breakfast on the way. Check in and have lunch. Afternoon visit Rhenock Bazar area for traces of the old Silk route. Overnight stay in Pedong.
Day 2 : After breakfast check out of Pedong for visiting Aritar Lake and Mankhim. Transfer to Dzuluk at an altitude of 9500 feet. Check in at Home stay. Rest for the day in Dzuluk. If you wish you can go on a village walk. Overnight stay in Dzuluk. Accommodation in Dzuluk will give you great views of the Pangolakaha Wildlife Sanctuary and the hills around.
Day 3 : Early morning our Car will pick you up for the sunrise point about 20kms away. If you have a clear view you will be gifted with a sight you will remember for your life! Come back to Home stay for breakfast. Check out by 8:30am from Dzuluk homestay for a whole day drive up the mountains on Silk Route, to the highest point, Tukla Pass (14500 feet above sea level) and then return to Lingtam. Lunch on the way. Check in at Lingtam at an altitude of 4000 feet. Overnight stay in Lingtam. The home stay in Lingtam is beautifully located close to Keukhola within surrounding hills.
Day 4 : Whole day relax at Lingtam. Visit the Lingtam Monastery, Bakhuta village and Hanging bridge. Spend your time at will. Overnight stay in Lingtam.
Day 5 : Post breakfast get ready to check out for NJP. Reach NJP Station for boarding Vande Bharat. ETD NJP 3pm. ETA Howrah 10:30pm.
FOOD PLAN:
Starting with breakfast on Oct 11 to breakfast on Oct 15. Food will include breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Tea/Coffee will also be served as per our plan.
ACCOMMODATION:
Double bed rooms with attached bath. 24 hours running hot and cold water available in Pedong, Dzuluk and Lingtam Home stay.
INCLUSIONS:

2. Transfers from and to NJP station by Sumo/Bolero (6 persons per Car. Here all seats are front facing)
3. Sight seeing as mentioned
4. All taxes, car parking, etc.
5. Permit charges and forest charges
6. Only the basic train reserved fare of Rs 945/- for 3AC up journey and Rs 1495/- in CC in Vande Bharat is included
EXCLUSIONS:
1. Any usage of any other mode of transport other than what is provided
2. Any usage of mineral water in rooms or in dining room
3. Any tips to anybody
4. Any additional beverages or snacks or food consumed other than what is provided in package
6. Any other charges outside the package.
7. Camera charges.

10. ** Additional online charges and Agent charges (varies from Rs 200/- to Rs 300/- per person per ticket) for train tickets done online
** These additional charges may be avoided if you buy your tickets across the counter or yourself. Please intimate us at the time of booking if you want to buy your own train tickets.

1. Although we provide our best of services, we will not take any responsibility for any car mechanical problems or for any electricity fluctuations IN STAYING ACCOMMODATIONS. We will also not be responsible for any sudden road blocks (although this is unusual at this time of the year). No adjustments in rates will be made in such eventuality.
2. Accommodation in Lingtam and Pedong is spread out over different floors. No lifts are available
3. Accommodation in Homestays in Dzuluk are on the hill sides.

2. The next 30% to be paid 150 days before departure

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1) 20% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 150 days of the tour. Additional Agent and Train ticket cancellation charges
2) 50% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 120 days to 149 days of the day of tour. Additional Agent and Train ticket cancellation charges
3) 100% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 0 to 119 days of the day of tour. Additional Agent and Train ticket cancellation charges
