The Tour starts from Mangalore Airport and ends again at Mangalore Airport.
TRANSPORTATION FOR TRANSFERS & SIGHT SEEING:
Reserved vehicle (AC) throughout. Starting from pick up from Mangalore Airport at 8am to drop back to Mangalore Airport by 12pm. The car will reach to locations at the point allowed. Walking in certain parts is the best option to explore and experience.
ACCOMMODATION :
1. NEAR JOG FALLS : AC Deluxe Double Bed Room with views of Jog Falls and the hills at Hotel Mayura Gersoppa
2. AT ARECA COUNTY : 2 AC Double bed room and 2 AC 4 bed rooms at the beautiful heritage Farm stay.
FOOD PLAN : From breakfast on Oct 2 to breakfast on Oct 6. Please be informed that only Veg food will be served in some places as kitchen does not allow Non Veg food.
EXCLUSIONS:
* Any beverages, mineral water, soft drinks or any food consumed outside our package
* Any additional usage of vehicle or any other mode of transport other than what is included in package.
* Entry fees, Camera charges, Guide charges and any activity charges
IMPORTANT :
This is purely a trip for those who are interested in heritages and adventure. As such guests are expected to cooperate with all group members.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) 20% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 150 days of the tour.
2) 50% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 149 days to 120 days of the day of tour.
3) 100% of package money will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 0 to 119 days of the day of tour.
TOUR ITINERARY (SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON DAY TO DAY SITUATION) :
October 2, 2026. Check in at Hotel Mayura Gesoppa Jogfalls. Lunch after checking in. Take a stroll to the majestic Jogfalls which plunges 830 feet below.
October 3, 2026. After breakfast visit Honnemaradu. A beautiful location on the backwaters of River Sharavathi. You can try Coracle ride and/or Kayaking operated by the locals. Stay back at Hotel Mayura Gesoppa Jogfalls.
October 4, 2026. Check out of Hotel Mayura after breakfast. Visit the second tallest Shiva idol of the world surrounded by sea on three sides at Murudeshwara. Experience the Murudeshwara sea beach and if you are interested you may try jet ski rides, boat rides and scuba diving at Netrani island.
Check in at lunch into Areca County, the world of charm in the lap of nature. Areca County heritage farm stay in Honnavar offers premium cottages nestled inside areca estate, designed to harmonize with the natural environment. These cosy retreats feature traditional architecture, airy interiors and eco-friendly materials. The boutique homestay near Honnavar is directly managed by the owners.
October 5, 2026. Go for a boat ride on Honnavar Backwater early morning through the lush green mangrove forests. You will have the same feeling of Kerala backwaters. Return to Farmstay for breakfast. Freshen up and go for a nature walk within the farm. After Lunch visit Gokarna beach and Ankola beach for the exquisite sunset views. Incidentally at Ankola Beach on April 13, 1930 MP Nandakarni broke the Salt Law after Mahatma Gandhi's Salt Satyagraha.
October 6, 2026. Check out of Areca County after early breakfast. Drop back at Mangalore Airport.
CHARGES :
1) Rs 45,650/- per person on AC double sharing of rooms.
2) Rs 44,650/- per person on AC 4 bed sharing of rooms
PAYMENT TERMS :
1) 20% on booking
2) Balance 30% before 150 days of the date of journey
3) The remaining 50% before 120 days of the date of journey.
