Mid-Year Reset

The middle of the year gives us an opportunity to pause, reflect, and check-in with ourselves. Join Bethany in a yoga and meditation/prayer workshop designed to gently guide you back to yourself through the lens of compassion.

We’ll move through a slow, meditative yoga practice, pause for reflection and journaling, with an extended savasana guided by singing bowls. Moving through these practices to help create space by softening the grip of the past, rest and renew, and cultivate inner kindness. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a quiet space to reset, this workshop offers a supportive environment to realign your body, mind, and heart.
