A Night At The Paramount is a show similar to the sold out local favorite, A Night At The Opry. This show will be walking through the decades and history of the theatre from 1929 to today. With so many wonderful genres of music, wonderful stories, and show stopping numbers to dazzle the audience, all while paying tribute to the building's history and importance it has to the area arts and music scene.
Casting Call:
We are looking for vocalist, and dancers to join our amazingly talented group for A Night At The Paramount!
Vocalists should be able to read music, and sing in parts. We will be looking for 4 to 6 vocalists (Bass, Tenor, Alto and soprano) We will provide a song selection OR you can come with a song prepared from a classic musical, or song from the 40s-70s. Please provide sheet music or backing track for your audition.
Dancers will be asked to perform to a variety of genres from swing to pop. Dancers should be able to learn quickly, and retain choreography. Tappers are welcome! Come Prepared to learn short routine as a part of your audition. Please bring Dance or character shoes if you have them.
