Yoga at the Aurora Farmer's Market

Join us on the 3rd Saturday each month for a FREE outdoor yoga class at the Aurora Farmers' Market!

Amy Jackson of The Perch will guide us in a gentle morning yoga practice focused on stretching, breathing, and mindfulness.

Bring your mat and wear comfy clothes and join us on the grass between the market and Broadway.

Then shop the farmers' market and pick up some goodies to take home!
