Understanding Emotions Workshop

Many of us were raised to believe that at least certain emotions were bad. And so we've spent a lot of time ignoring, bottling, and repressing our emotions. But what if we were given the wrong idea about emotions? What if emotions are helpful messengers that we need to pay attention to?

During this workshop, we'll explore emotions through art as we talk about healthy and helpful ways to begin repairing our relationship to our emotions.
