  American Roots Music, Blues, Rockabilly & Rock n Roll with a whole lotta soul!!

• What sets us apart from other bands?
  
  We bring old school, traditional music to the forefront with a high-energy attitude! You will experience a rocking’ guitar with the sophistication of a Jazz saxophone. Together, these create a highly combustible mixture of danceable grooves. We’re the perfect combo for festivals, private parties, corporate events & more!

  Mondo Cortez, on guitar and vocals, has played with Nick Curran, Kim Wilson, and the Fabulous Thunderbirds. He has shared the stage with Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan, Otis Rush, Willie "Big Eyes" Smith, Dave Meyers, Kid Ramos, and Eddie Taylor Jr. Mondo has also shared the stage with some of the famous rockabilly bands, such as The Paladins, Hillbilly Casino, Nick Curran, and the Nightlifes.

  When CBA is on the road they always connect with their local Rythm Sections wherever they might be playing from Downtown Chicago to Austin, Texas.
