Monthly Full Moon Sound Bath

Join us every month for a cleansing sound bath performed for about 40 minutes. Each month we will gather together in community to enjoy an unwinding and renewing sound bath performed with crystal singing bowls. We will begin by setting an intention, doing a few small breathing exercises, and concluding with a moment of gratitude.

Our goal is to bring people together for an hour of relaxation on a regular basis so that we can build community, create connections, and feel refreshed for the month ahead.

It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, floor cushion, or small chair to sit on as it will be performed on the floor.

We also recommend bringing a water bottle, journal, and a friend! Space is limited but we hope you will join us! Check our event page for dates.
