What You Will Learn:
- Hand-rolled Pasta: Learn to create classic handmade egg and water dough.
- Filled Pasta: Advance your skills with ravioli, cappelletti, and agnolotti.
- Baked Pasta: Master spinach cannelloni and classic lasagna.
