Vinyasa Yoga Mandala Class & Potluck Brunch

Join us on Sunday, May 25th at 11:00 for a special yoga experience exploring the dance between movement and stillness. Through an energizing and refreshing Mandala sequencing flow, we’ll move 360° around our mats—flowing in circles, spirals, and waves—honoring the natural rhythm of expansion and pause.

Expect mindful transitions, creative sequences, and plenty of space to tune into your breath. Whether you’re in motion or holding stillness, the invitation is the same: be present.

And no need to rush off—after class, we’ll gather for a cozy community brunch. Think good food, warm conversation, and that shared post-yoga glow (plus maybe a few happy sore muscles).
