Pop-Up: Gentle Stretching & Singing Bowls with Marianna Boyle

Wind down your week in the most relaxing, gentle way! Marianna will guide you through gentle stretching and use the signing bowl to cultivate calming of the mind with sound!

This Pop-Up will include breath work and gentle stretches to prepare the body for a long savasana with Sound Healing. Give yourself this Friday night treat to help put your body and mind in a state of peace.

*No Yoga Experience Needed*

Pop-Ups are included in all studio memberships and class cards, or you can purchase a drop-in.
