Indulge in a rich and immersive chocolate experience, perfect for a small group of friends, family gatherings, date nights, birthday celebrations, or couples' outings.
What to Expect:
The experience begins with a fascinating look at the history of chocolate, uncovering its journey from ancient civilizations to the sweet treat we love today.
Next, you'll explore six unique chocolates, each varying in flavor and cocoa content. Using your provided tasting worksheet, you'll observe and document the color, texture, taste, and finish of four selected chocolates, capturing your impressions along the way.
We then dive into the chocolate-making process! Each participant will get hands-on, using a mortar and pestle to grind cocoa nibs into a coarse paste. Customize your creation by adding ingredients like cinnamon, sugar, honey, vanilla, or espresso powder, crafting your own distinct flavor-just as chocolate makers did in centuries past.
To complete your experience, you'll be treated to a cup of the creamiest, most indulgent hot chocolate, a perfect way to savor your newfound chocolate appreciation.
