Blind Fiction and Carmen Nickerson Trio at Fox River House

Fox River House is excited to host Blind Fiction and Carmen Nickerson Trio.

Carmen Nickerson Trio: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Blind Fiction: 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Blind Fiction is an original blues rock/jam band composed of some of Milwaukee's most talented and seasoned musicians. In 2015 he began Blind Fiction (previously Timothy Charles and the Blind Fiction), a blues rock trio consisting of Guitar, Bass and Drums with a focus on original music. With their second release, "Overlook", the band looks to continue to connect with fans through their music.​

Carmen Nickerson's musical journey is a testament to her deep-rooted connection with heartland values. Growing up on a rural farm in Iowa, she breathed in the essence of working-class sensibilities, cherished family bonds, and the profound richness of the land. These authentic roots form the very essence of Carmen's music, effortlessly reflecting the truths and pressures of her life. Carmen just released her first studio solo album, Room To Grow, which was in the top 15 albums of the year by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel��The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says,“her shimmering voice seizes the spotlight.”�“Carmen Nickerson’s "Room to Grow" is quite the gem and amply demonstrates not only the talents of this singer-songwriter but also her great potential.
