Permission to Grieve is a full-day, in-person workshop for women who need time to slow down, reflect, feel, and release. You’ll move through immersive experiences that gently guide you back to yourself, in the tranquility of Sky Pond, the perfect getaway that is still close to home.

This isn’t about fixing — it’s about honoring, allowing, and opening space to soften the weight of what’s been quietly held. And what we hold so deeply, so silently…is grief. Grief lives in both body and mind, while life urges you to keep going. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, job, health, or sense of safety — your grief is welcome here. You have permission to grieve.

Grief asks for intentional space — a container to be seen, felt, and honored. This workshop offers that space: a balance of community and solitude, rest and reflection. Learning and integration. You need a day for you. One intentional day can make a lifetime of difference.

• You’ll nourish your mind, body, and spirit — and begin to see your grief with gentler eyes.
• You’ll rekindle a quiet connection to the self within — the one longing to be seen and honored.
• You’ll gather insights, practices, and moments that will stay with you long after the day is done.
• You’ll be held in a space where expression softens, restoration unfolds and learning gently lands.
• You’ll take with you a steadier heart and meaningful ways to tend to your grief — and to yourself.

A full-day grief-informed workshop (10 AM–5PM)

• 🧘 Grief-informed yoga and somatic practices — no experience needed
• 🌿Guided meditation, yoga nidra
• 🙏 Quiet time for reflection and integration
• 🎵 Restorative sound bath to support emotional integration
• 🥣 Healing meals thoughtfully prepared by our on-site chef

A thoughtful blending of the essential elements of healing — breath, movement, rest, nourishment, nature, and sound — to create a day of deep care and support for your grieving heart.
