Part 2 of Pelvic Floor Connection for Women

This specialized yoga class is for those who have attended part 1 of the Pelvic Floor Connection for Women workshop. Part 2 is designed to support pelvic floor health for women through a balance of strengthening, stretching, and mindful awareness.

Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, preparing for menopause, managing pelvic discomfort, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your core, this class offers a supportive and empowering space to connect with your core inside and out.

We’ll explore a variety of yoga postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation techniques that help tone, release, lengthen, and enhance awareness of our deep core system. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, supported, and in tune with your own body’s rhythms.
