Learn to Fly — Arm Balances 101

Learn to Fly is your invitation to break through fear, build strength, and explore the foundations of arm balancing in a supportive, playful space. This day-long immersion is perfect for curious beginners or seasoned yogis looking to refine their form, deepen their understanding, and discover new tricks.

We’ll explore key arm balances like Crow, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, and more—breaking down alignment, transitions, and muscle engagement step-by-step. Expect creative drills, targeted strength work, mobility prep, and lots of chances to fall, laugh, and try again. You'll gain practical tools to help you safely progress on and off your mat.

This workshop is also a sneak peek into our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. You’ll get to learn alongside the current trainees, meet the teachers, and experience the magic of full-day immersion. Whether you’re YTT-curious or just want to play on your hands, you’re welcome here.
