Flip Your Perspective — Inversions Play Day

Turn your world upside down—literally! Flip Your Perspective is a full-day exploration of inversions designed to help you build confidence, overcome fear, and learn how to safely approach going upside down. This workshop is open to all levels, whether you're learning your first Headstand or working toward Handstand or Forearm Stand.

We'll explore variations, props, partner drills, and techniques to help you understand your unique path toward balancing upside down. Plus, we’ll talk about how inversions can shift your energy and mindset—not just your physical orientation.

Like our arm balance day, this immersion is also an opportunity to step inside our Yoga Teacher Training experience. Spend the day surrounded by inspired students and dedicated teachers, feel the magic of deep practice, and see if the YTT journey is calling you. Come ready to play, grow, and surprise yourself.
