We are signing up for full weeks - arriving Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and leaving either Friday evening or Saturday morning by 9:00 a.m.

We have added an option in the signup process to allow one to elect to serve the first part of the week, last part of the week or the whole week.

An additional requirement from the Western NC Conference is a minimum two week advanced notice if we have to cancel a trip. Therefore we will be implementing signup deadlines for all trips.

We would like to encourage everyone to prayerfully consider signing up well in advance so we can ensure we have ample volunteers to cover the weeks currently assigned.
