Self-Care Workshop Series: Healing Through Art Journaling with Nicole McKay

In this workshop you will reflect and meditate while creating art journaling postcards to your past, present and future self. You will be writing a note to yourself for each time in your life and then journaling over it while reflecting and meditating on your thoughts, regrets, wishes, hopes, and dreams. All supplies will be provided including paint, ephemera, colored pencils, glue and postcards. At the end of the workshop you will be given three stamps to mail your postcards. Nicole will be on hand to offer artistic guidance as needed.

Session takes up to two hours, and we can accommodate up to 12 students per session
This workshop is intended for ages 14+
No additional materials necessary, everything you need to create an artwork will be provided at the workshop, but you are welcome to bring your own objects
